The children -- 2-year-old Wyman Bryant and 4-year-old Willow Bryant -- were last seen Wednesday at about 3 p.m. at Vermont Avenue and West 83rd Street, according to the CHP.

Also being sought are Tiffany Bryant, 39, and David James, 53, the CHP said. They are believed to be traveling in a champagne-colored Buick Enclave SUV with paper plates.

According to ABC7, the four were discovered missing after a visit to their home by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

Tiffany Bryant is 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, and has blonde hair and brown eyes. David James, whose height is not known, weighs 170 pounds and has gray hair and blue eyes.

Anyone knowing their whereabouts was urged to call 911.
