    'Line Fire' flare-up adds to evacuations

    The Line Fire in San Bernardino County, which began burning on Sept. 5, has prompted new evacuation orders for the Seven Oaks community.

    Evacuation warnings were also issued for the Angelus Oaks community and Boulder Bay area of Big Bear, from the dam east to Wildrose Lane, and the Big Bear Lake community, including Moonridge, Sugarloaf, and south Erwin Lake.

    The fire was allegedly started in the area of Baseline Road and Alpin Street in Highland by an arson suspect, Justin Wayne Halstenberg, 34.

    Halstenberg was arrested on Sept. 10 and booked at Central Detention enter, where he is being held on $80,000, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department .

    As of Monday evening, CalFire reports the fire at 78% containment.
