    Pittsburg officials seeking public input on the redesign of city neighborhoods

    Joplin, MO – Menards in Joplin opened for business yesterday. The store, on South Geneva Avenue, sells home improvement, lawn and garden supplies, tools, appliances, home decor, and various other merchandise, even groceries.

    Pittsburg, KS – The city of Pittsburg is considering an overhaul to its neighborhood designations, aiming to name each area and establish clear boundary lines. The initiative seeks to enhance community pride and foster a sense of shared ownership among residents. Pittsburg residents can participate in an online survey to express their opinions of the names.

    Pittsburg, KS – The four-state farm show is returning to Pitt State this year. Organizers announced the shows will be at PSU's plaster center from May 17th to 19th. The event is free and open to the public. Organizers expect more than seven hundred displays showcasing the latest technology in farming and construction equipment.
