The Bulldogs beat the Lady Lions for the second time this season.

BAXTER SPRINGS, Kan. -- A month after beating Baxter springs 18-3, Independence takes down the Lady Lions again -- this time 7-0 on the road.

The Bulldogs score all seven of their runs in the top of the first inning. That turns out to be more than enough run support for their defense, which holds Baxter Springs scoreless.
