$50,000 Powerball ticket set to expire in Joplin

    2024-07-26

(KOAM) - A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 purchased in Jasper County is set to expire on August 19 if not claimed soon. The winning ticket was sold at the Kum & Go at 5002 S. Main St. in Joplin for the February 21 Powerball drawing.

The ticket matched four of the white-ball numbers and the Powerball number. The winning numbers were 4, 27, 33, 41, and 42, with a Powerball number of 14.

The Missouri Lottery urges anyone who bought a Powerball ticket at this Kum & Go location around the time of the drawing to check their tickets carefully. Missouri Lottery tickets can be scanned at Check-A-Ticket machines at retail locations or through the Lottery's mobile app to see if they’ve won a prize. Draw Games winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.
