Quapaw, Commerce host Back-to-School Bash for area students

(KOAM) -- The communities of Quapaw and Commerce, Oklahoma came together this weekend for a back-to-school bash.

According to the Quapaw Public Schools Facebook page, area students were able to participate in several events.

Bounce houses
Hamburgers, Hot Dogs
Water slides
Snow cones

Quapaw Public Schools says due to recent storms, the communities came together to celebrate the start of the school year at Commerce High School. The event was from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 24.
