    Marching band gets ready for Saturday

    PITTSBURG, Kan. (KOAM) -- The community of Pittsburg is getting ready for Pittsburg State's first home game.

    In preparation of the big day, businesses, students, and the team are "Painting the Town Red."

    According to PSU, the band has been practicing for three weeks to get ready for the big day. They practice is every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

    KOAM is at today's practice and will have more about the preparation for the game on KOAM News.
