    (KOAM) -- Videos of flooding, damage, rescues and more continue coming out as Helene moves through the southeastern U.S.

    Hurricane Helene has now downgraded to a Tropical storm. Helene has killed at least 21 people in four states.

    According to Georgia Governor, Brian Kemp, Hurricane Helene weakened into a tropical storm over Georgia Friday after making landfall overnight in northwestern Florida as a Category 4 storm. At least 11 people have died so far in Georgia.

    Many people have shared videos during and after the storm moved through. You can watch some of them below.

    The roof of a home in Apopka, Florida was torn off during heavy winds before Hurricane Helene's landfall on Thursday.
