Barton County Bridge set to reopen following replacement work

BARTON COUNTY, Mo. (KOAM) -- MoDOT announces the reopening of a bridge in Barton County.

According to the Missouri Department of Transportation, the Barton County Route O Bridge over West Fork River west of Lamar, closed in May due to the replacement of the bridge. Crews added new barrier walls, guardrail on the bridge, and striping.

The bridge will reopen today, Thursday, October 3, at 10:30 a.m.
