Brush clearing along Shoal Creek in Joplin for sewer upgrade

JOPLIN, Mo. (KOAM) - Brush and vegetation clearing is set to take place along Shoal Creek near Glendale Road in south Joplin as part of a project to install a new sanitary sewer pressure main.

Motorists are advised to proceed with caution in the area, as heavy equipment and trucks will be accessing Glendale Road about two-thirds of a mile west of Jackson Avenue. The clearing work is scheduled for completion by the end of the week.
