I hate the fact that Mr. LaTurner was killed by this kid! It is even more horrible that dad and son returned to the scene and did nothing, still not reporting it and Mr. LaTurner had to lay there another 9 hours until discovered! These 2 people really are scum of the earth! If there is any kind of silver lining it is that this occurred in KS and not in MO, hopefully they get prosecuted to the full extent of the law!
