The shooting happened early Monday morning in the parking lot of Eden Presbyterian Church. Two Portland residents were arrested hours later, 21-year-old Matteo Greene and a 17-year-old who authorities did not name.

On Tuesday, 21-year-old Portland resident Kaylee Vanderpool was also arrested in connection to the shooting and is accused of hindering prosecution and tampering with physical evidence.

Vanderpool was lodged in the Washington County Jail. The 17-year-old was lodged in the Washington County Juvenile Department. Greene was shot in the leg and was taken to the hospital for treatment before going to jail, authorities said on Monday.

Another unnamed victim was shot in the stomach, taken to the hospital and has serious injuries, officials said.

The sheriff’s office said at least five nearby homes were hit by gunfire, resulting in bullet holes in some living rooms and bedrooms, but no one in the homes was hurt.
