That is one jail looking school. Come on. This is not what a school should look like. The architecture is abhorrent. The grounds are horrific. Even an underfunded remote school can come up with enough parent/community volunteers to at least deal with the grounds and the interior anesthetics. Parents are overworked, beat down, exhausted, and broke. This prevents parents from doing this themselves. Please, community members who do not have kids in school, volunteer for something. Even 2 or 4 hours a week. The most valuable thing is your time, but also donating things like sports equipment, musical instruments, You can donate to their rummage sales and go to car washes.
