PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — With flowers, candles and pictures, Lorenzo Miranda’s family gathered at a shopping plaza near SE Division and 122nd — the spot where he was shot to death Monday night.

Miranda, 50, an avid fisherman and biker who, his sister Maxine said, would give anyone the shirt off his back. His death was a senseless act of violence.

“How could you just do it and just walk away like he had no care in the world? And why are you still out there living your life?” Maxine told KOIN 6 News on Saturday.
