    • Observed: There were numerous containers of hair color, shampoo, antiseptic and liquid hand wash being stored on shelves above bags of flour. These were relocated prior to exit.

    • Observed: Staff were unable to find any quaternary ammonia test strips for checking sanitizer.
    • Observed: The fan covers in walk-in beer refrigerator were coated with debris.
