A third reinspection is to be conducted to recheck unit. By the third reinspection, unit should be running at or below 41.0F or the unit is to be removed from facility. If violation is cited at third reinspection, a risk control plan will be implemented on the facility. Third reinspection is currently scheduled for 9/10/24 to recheck unit.
