SPRINGFIELD, Mo–It’s a special week of volleyball at Missouri State.

The annual Mary Jo Wynn Invitational features three teams coming into Hammons Student Center along with the Bears.

It’s three days of volleyball, Mo State opened things up Thursday night against Texas-Arlington.

And the Mavericks showed why they’re a perfect 6-0 so far this season.

Paige Reagor’s six kills in the opening set helped UTA take the first frame 25-19.

MSU’s Rilynn Finley tried to keep the match competitive.

She tallied a match-high 14 kills, but was the only Bear to record double-digit kills.

UT-Arlington won the second set 25-19, and the third 25-23.

Mo State went down in straight sets.

The Bears will play Weber State Friday and St. Louis on Saturday.
