Sunrise Beach man arrested for driving school bus while intoxicated

CAMDEN COUNTY, Mo. — A bus driver from Sunrise Beach was arrested by Missouri State Highway Patrol in Camden County Friday afternoon after driving a school bus with children inside while he was under the influence.

According to the MSHP arrest report, the suspect is charged with 20 counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child along with 20 counts of driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 17.

He is currently being held in Camden County Jail with no bond.
