    COPS shoots episodes with Greene County Sheriff’s Office

    GREENE COUNTY, Mo. — The show “COPS” was in town shooting an episode with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO).

    After signing contracts with the longtime TV show in April of 2023, “COPS” has begun shooting an episode with GCSO, according to a Facebook post.

    The post also states the episode will air on Sept. 27.

    The Springfield Police Department also signed a separate contract with Langley Productions, the production team associated with the TV show, in April 2023.

    The Springfield Police Department has been featured on the show several times and last appeared on COPS in 2022 .

    I've never been impressed with the show COPS. It's just Too Hollywood! Live PD was MUCH better!!!
