Smith Resigns From County Alcohol Board
KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Longtime Kosciusko County Alcohol and Tobacco Commission President Elim Smith has resigned from the board. His replacement will come from the city of Warsaw mayor’s office as it is a mayor appointment. Mayor Jeff Grose is working on a replacement for Smith, but his office did not have any further information as of Thursday, July 11.
