Kosciusko County Redevelopment Commission has agreed to financially support a project which should bring three new industrial-use buildings to Leesburg. At its meeting Thursday, the commission agreed to give Frank and Becky Levinson $250,000 generated from tax increment financing in the county. The Levinsons would have to pay the money upfront and be reimbursed by the commission.

Probable Cause Affidavit Reveals More Details About June 29 Fatal Crash
Witnesses told officers that a vehicle involved in the crash June 29 that claimed the life of a Milford man was traveling at a high rate of speed. The driver of the vehicle, Anish Daita, 31, Churchill Downs Drive, Warsaw, also failed all the sobriety tests given to him, according to a probable cause affidavit filed recently.
