JSU receives grant to preserve historic hospital
JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - The Zachary T. Hubert Health Center at Jackson State University received a $198,564 grant from the National Park Service to preserve the building. The money will go towards a new roof and a new HVAC System. Jackson State University’s Community Engagement Director, Heather Denne, believes the money will not only preserve the building itself, but the history behind it.
