Waco police seek help identifying burglary suspect
WACO, Texas — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a business burglary. Detective C. Jones of the Waco Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division is leading the investigation and has released an image of the suspect. Brazos County begins demolition of old BISD Administration Building
The demolition of the former Bryan ISD Administration Building at 101 N. Texas Ave. appears to be in full swing following the beginning of the process last week. During the Brazos County Commissioners Court’s regular meeting on Tuesday, the court approved an additional $8,200 for the demolition and removal service of materials at the former BISD Building. This brings the total cost of the contract to $319,958. According to the meeting agenda, the contract is for the demolition and removal services of “multiple county buildings,” not just the former BISD Building.

Arrests On 11 Local Warrants, A Felony Warrant From Harris County, And Second Charge This Month Of Driving With An Invalid License With Prior Convictions
The 37th time that a Bryan woman is booked in the Brazos County jail, it is on 11 warrants. College Station police also arrested the woman for attempting to steal an undisclosed amount of items from the H-E-B store at Jones Crossing. Online records show eight of the warrants involving 42 year old Julia Kemp are related to pending criminal cases in Brazos County district court. Kemp is awaiting five trials on felony theft charges that date back to last September. The online records also shows she has eight prior felony theft convictions that go back to 2010. As of July 23rd, Kemp is held in lieu of bonds totaling $93,000 dollars.
