TEMPLE, Texas — Temple PD officers are assisting in working on an accident on I-35 north involving an 18-wheeler that is leaking fuel. Police say the 18-wheeler is blocking all lanes of traffic. Drivers are being diverted by officers off the highway at exit 304. Those headed north can take Loop 363 as an alternate route.

KILLEEN, Texas (FOX 44) – Two people are dead in what Killeen Police are calling the city’s ninth murder of 2024. Killeen Police officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1300 block of Karen Drive at approximately 8:39 p.m. Monday. This was in reference to a domestic disturbance involving an armed subject. Officers made entry to the residence and found one man and one woman dead from apparent gunshot wounds.
