I'm kind of torn on this. good arguments on both sides. I think there's a safety issue not to have them, and to have them. Before I pay more in bonds or taxes to pay for phone lock ups, personally, I'd rather see more cameras inside classrooms and available options for security. cellphones have caught and provided evidence for bad students as well as bad teachers. so.. I don't know
