I’m so relieved to hear this forest will be open to public. Our forests need our mindful stewardship. I was worried it would continue to be left there without any human management causing it to be a fire threat to local humans and animals inhabiting the area. Becoming a huge tinderbox, just accumulating more and more flammable biomass.
