Ben Affleck Moved Into New Mansion After Split From JLo

Ben Affleck is now enjoying a new chapter of his life as a divorcee. He moved from his rental property to the recently purchased $20 million-dollar mansion. Ben acquired the new pad after his split from JLo in early 2024. Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce just two years after getting married at a luxurious wedding in Georgia. JLo hasn’t released any comments concerning their split. Still, Jennifer cited "irreconcilable differences" as the basis of the divorce. 

According to insiders, Lopez struggled with Ben's emotions and moods. She spent a lot of time ensuring that he was happy and had everything that he needed, according to the source. The way Lopez took care of him was childlike, the source continued. Friends consistently reminded Jennifer that she wasn’t responsible for Ben’s feelings. At times, he is very dark and moody. JLo appreciates life in another type of way. She is grateful for everything, the source concluded.

Jennifer and Ben found a new purchaser for their home that they bought after they tied the knot; but, it’s reported that the anonymous buyer "pulled out of escrow" after the abrupt passing of a loved one.

Despite that hiccup, Ben employed a moving company and started his new journey. Recent pictures showed trucks at his rental property, and a removal employee was seen moving mirrors, rugs, boxes, and the remainder of Affleck's personal belongings into the truck.

While the previous couple is attempting to move ahead and live separate lives after a failed marriage, they still share a few spaces, which includes their office in Los Angeles. The latest updates indicate that complications have come to light in the ongoing proceedings. Despite having to share a workspace, they’ve avoided running into one other. 

To assist them in navigating this challenging situation, the previous couple looked to the direction of a powerhouse lawyer. According to reports, Laura Wasser, famed celebrity attorney, who has been behind multiple celebrity divorces, which includes two of three of Kim Kardashians, will be guiding the couple in the process.
