OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) is slated to convene its next Board meeting on Wednesday, May 22, at 10 a.m.

Since June 9, 2022, all public Board activities have transitioned to a "hybrid" format. This format entails the Board opening the Boardroom at its headquarters located at 1025 Union Avenue in Olympia, WA 98504, for in-person attendance. Simultaneously, the Board continues to facilitate online broadcasts via MS Teams. The meetings are also regularly aired on TVW, with links provided when available. Notably, while the Boardroom will be staffed during meetings, Board members and agency participants may opt to join virtually. For inquiries, individuals are encouraged to contact dustin.dickson@lcb.wa.gov.

The link to observe the meeting online and the phone number for the public to dial in and listen to the proceedings are provided below. The agenda is accessible online, and additional documents can be found on the Board’s calendar page.

Written summaries for General Comments are welcomed. Interested parties are requested to submit written comments to dustin.dickson@lcb.wa.gov. Additionally, individuals can provide oral comments during "General Public Comments" at the conclusion of the meeting, either in person or virtually via MS Teams. Requests to testify online are encouraged to be submitted by the close of business the day prior to a meeting or by 9 a.m. on the day of the meeting. To register for virtual testimony, individuals are advised to email dustin.dickson@lcb.wa.gov. For in-person testimony, individuals must sign the register at the entrance to the Boardroom before the meeting commences. Each speaker will be allotted four minutes.

Instructions for observing/listening to the meeting via TVW and MS Teams are provided, along with the dial-in details for listening to the meeting. Please note that attendees, whether online or via phone, will be muted, and cameras will be disabled for all except Board members, Policy and Rules staff, Board staff, and those signed in for virtual public comment.

The LCB expresses gratitude for the continued interest in its Board activity and emphasizes its commitment to engagement. Questions regarding the process can be directed to dustin.dickson@lcb.wa.gov.
