NEWPORT, OR – Fans of Animal Crossing: New Horizons are in for a treat as the Oregon Coast Aquarium teams up with Nintendo of America to bring an immersive experience like no other! The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Aquarium Tour kicks off on August 26 and runs through October 20, 2024, offering visitors a unique blend of gaming and marine life.

Included with general admission, the tour invites guests to snap photos with life-sized standees of their favorite Animal Crossing characters or pose in front of themed backgrounds. The in-game museum curator, Blathers, will guide you through themed creature descriptions, adding a fun and educational twist to your visit.

Don’t miss the special events scheduled throughout the tour:

Costumed Character Photo Op (September 7 & 8):
Meet the beloved Tom Nook and Isabelle in person for a photo op!

• Tom Nook: 10:00am – 10:20am, 11:00am – 11:20am, 1:00pm – 1:20pm, 2:00pm – 2:20pm, 3:00pm – 3:20pm
• Isabelle: 10:20am – 10:40am, 11:20am – 11:40am, 1:20pm – 1:40pm, 2:20pm – 2:40pm, 3:20pm – 3:40pm

Stamp Rallies (September 27, 28 & October 12, 13):
Put your detective skills to the test! Collect a stamp rally card at admissions and search for Blathers, Pascal, Tom Nook, and Isabelle as they hide throughout the aquarium. The rally takes place from 10:00am to 2:00pm on these select dates.

Limited edition Animal Crossing-themed merchandise will also be available in the gift shop, so be sure to grab a souvenir to remember your visit!
