    Tillamook County, OR – The Oregon State Police (OSP) is asking for the public's help in locating 60-year-old Daniel Berry Neasbit, a Vancouver, Washington resident, who has been missing since early October 2024. Neasbit was reported missing to OSP on Monday, October 7, 2024.

    Neasbit was last seen in the Nehalem area on October 2, and last spoken to on October 3. At the time of his disappearance, he was living out of his vehicle, a blue Dodge Dakota with Washington license plate number B82634R. Neasbit’s truck was discovered abandoned with a flat tire on Highway 101 near 31205 Highway 101 N. However, Neasbit himself was not found at the scene.

    The circumstances of his disappearance remain unclear, and authorities are seeking any information that may help locate him. According to the Oregon State Police, Neasbit is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He stands approximately 5'6" tall and weighs around 155 pounds. He may be clean-shaven or could have a gray beard that is about an inch long.

    Oregon State Police have issued a plea to the public for any leads or information regarding Neasbit’s whereabouts. His family and friends are anxiously awaiting any news or clues that could help reunite them with him.
