Albany, OR – In the early hours of Friday, just after midnight, officers from the Albany Police Department (APD) responded to a hit-and-run on Gibson Hill Road NW near Sunny Lane NW. A vehicle traveling westbound struck a motorcyclist and their passenger from behind before fleeing the scene, leaving both riders injured.

Authorities are searching for the suspect, who is believed to have been driving a Magnetic Grey Metallic Toyota Tacoma, model year 2015-2022, with damage to the front driver’s side.
