A new $410 million upscale hotel will soon rise just north of Globe Life Field in Arlington.

According to The Dallas Morning News, Loews Hotel has filed plans with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for a 513-room property at 1300 Ballpark Way. Construction is set to begin in November and wrap up by June 2028.

The project will include 35,000 square feet of meeting space. The City of Arlington will contribute $40 million to the development, which is expected to generate $3.1 billion in economic output over 30 years.

This will be Loews’ third hotel in Arlington, following its two earlier openings in the entertainment district.
