North Texas Giving Day is in full swing!

If this is your first time hearing about Communities Foundation of Texas' North Texas Giving Day-- it is the largest community-wide giving event in the nation and mobilizes nonprofits and givers to create lasting impact in their communities.

To support these local non-profits is pretty simple. Just head over to their website www.northtexasgivingday.org and use their find a cause search bar to find your passion. You can learn about organizations committed to serving populations you have a special interest in.

From animals to youth and children to housing and homelessness, take some time to read about the incredible nonprofits serving North Texas and what their needs are this fall.

Also, you can Stretch Your Dollar! – Look to see if a non-profit has a dollar-for-dollar match on their organization’s fundraising page. For every dollar you give, your impact will be doubled.

You can even create your own fundraiser and share with your networks – Next to the donate button on a nonprofit’s page, you’ll also see the option to “fundraise.”
