SWAT raids Dallas apartment to find jackpot of stolen firearms and drugs, including mushroom chocolate bars

Following an investigation, one of Dallas police's investigative units comes away with quite the haul while serving a warrant.

Police had long kept an eye on the apartment complex on Jeffries in East Dallas due to all the criminal activity. Earlier this week, several police units raided one particular apartment and hit the jackpot.

They found six stolen firearms, 21 pounds of marijuana, THC wax, 300 grams of meth pills, promethazine, cocaine, and mushroom chocolate bars. Five people were arrested and face possession and manufacturing charges.

Dallas police say the arrest was a result of the 2021 violent crime reduction plan.
