Motorcycle Crash Shutdown Highway 63 North of Rochester
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A section of Highway 63 north of Rochester was closed to traffic Saturday evening while emergency personnel responded to a motorcycle crash. Preliminary reports indicate the highway was shut down around 6:30 PM to allow the Mayo One helicopter to land and transport the crash victim to the hospital. The reports indicated the area affected was between the roundabout at 75th Street Northeast and Highway 247.
Rochester Police Investigating Shooting Near Goose Egg Park
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - There was a heavy police presence early today in the vicinity of Goose Egg Park in northwest Rochester. The Rochester Police Department has released very little information, but law enforcement radio traffic indicates officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of 10th Street Northwest at about 12:15 AM. A witness reported hearing gunshots and seeing a vehicle speeding east away from the park with its headlights off.

Man Murdered Outside Amazon Warehouse in Lakeville
Lakeville, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man was shot to death early this morning in the parking lot of the Amazon Fulfillment Center in Lakeville. A news release issued by the Lakeville Police Department says officers were sent to the Amazon facility about 4 AM Saturday and found an adult man in the parking lot with a suspected gunshot wound. Officers, along with other emergency responders, attempted lifesaving measures but the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kenyon Woman Killed in Collision With Deer Near Zumbrota
Zumbrota, MN (KROC-AM News) - An encounter last with a deer on a Highway in Goodhue County claimed the life of a Kenyon woman. The State Patrol says the deadly incident was reported at 9:30 PM on Highway 60 about a mile west of Zumbrota. The preliminary crash report indicates 35-year-old Samantha Diane Johnson was driving a Dodge Neon west on Highway 60 when the car made contact with a deer.
