3 People Critically Injured in Crash That Closed Section of I-90
(Austin, MN (KROC-AM News) - Three people in an RV were critically injured in a traffic crash that shut down a section of I-90 in Austin Thursday afternoon. The State Patrol says the incident occurred around 1 PM on westbound I-90 near the Oakland Avenue West interchange on the west edge of Austin. Traffic was detoured off the westbound lanes of the freeway from Highway 218 to the Oakland Avenue West interchange for several hours after the crash.

Jury Convicts Man For Murder of Northern Iowa Police Officer
ALGONA, Iowa (AP) — Jurors on Thursday convicted an Iowa man of first-degree murder in the shooting death of a police officer who was trying to arrest him. Decades Old Case Closed In Minnesota Infant’s Death
UNDATED (WJON News) -- A decades-old case has been closed by the Stearns County Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff's Office says they have identified the parents of Baby Jane Doe and after further investigation have decided to close the case. On April 3rd, 1980, the sheriff's office responded to a call at what is now 250th Street, west of County Road 136 in St. Augusta for a report of a dead infant. Once on the scene, deputies found a deceased child, later identified as Baby Jane Doe, about five feet off the roadway.
