    • Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya

Supreme Dumplings is estimated to open at either the end of 2024 or early next year, the Brookfield Properties spokesperson said. It will be on the mall’s second floor where LensCrafters used to be. The restaurant was established in 2021 and will open its first location outside of the Seattle area.

Le Soleil is estimated to open by the end of this year. It has an existing location at 133 Clement St. in San Francisco and another at the Royal Garden Hotel in Hong Kong. Le Soliel will be located in the space previously occupied by Banana Republic.

Kizuki Ramen & Izakaya is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2025, according to the mall spokesperson. It will be taking over the space that was occupied by the popular Gram Cafe for five years.

This Japanese restaurant currently has 16 locations across the country in Washington, Oregon, Illinois, Indiana and Texas. The Stonestown location will be Kizuki Ramen’s first in California. It has an additional 12 restaurants in Japan.

The news comes after a summer in which two popular eateries left the mall complex.
