Shooting inside home leaves girl fighting for life: SFPD

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) said a juvenile girl is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a shooting Friday evening.

Police responded to a home on Chicago Way at 5:24 p.m. to the report of a possible shooting. When officers and medics arrived, they found a juvenile victim “suffering from injuries” and rendered aid, confirmed SFPD.

SFPD has not provided information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting as the investigation is still active.
