    San Leandro police searching for at-risk missing man who left care home

    (KRON) – Authorities are asking for community assistance in the search for a 59-year-old missing at-risk person, Lionel Askew, according to the San Leandro Police Department.

    Around 10 p.m. on Thursday, police said Askew left his care home Heritage Haven, and did not return.

    Oakland PD seeks help finding missing teen not seen for over 50 days

    San Leandro PD said Askew suffers from mental health and physical ailments requiring medication.

    Anyone with information regarding Askew’s whereabouts is asked to contact the San Leandro Police at (510) 577-2740.
