( KRON ) – A 19-year-old San Bruno resident was arrested for driving under the influence to his former employer last month, according to the Colma Police Department.

On August 30, Colma PD was notified that a former employee of a business in the 700 block of Serramonte Boulevard was causing a disturbance. At 3:25 p.m., officers responded to the scene and were informed that the former employee was under the influence. The current employees told the officers they saw empty alcohol bottles in the subject’s backpack.

The subject was identified as 19-year-old San Bruno resident Dhillon Misri.

Police said they could smell alcohol “emanating” from Misri and he displayed signals of being under the influence. As Misri gave officers his driver’s license, they noticed a second, horizontal driver’s license in his wallet, which was determined to be fake.

Police said Misri agreed to take an alcohol screening test. A photo provided by Colma PD shows Misri’s alcohol level to be 0.312, which is almost four times the legal limit.

Misri was arrested and booked into the San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of possessing a fraudulent driver’s license and driving under the influence of alcohol.
