    Missing at-risk man, 76, last seen in Berkeley

    ( KRON ) — An at-risk man has been reported missing by the Berkeley Police Department (BPD). Frank Hill, also known as “Terry Diamond,” was last seen around 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 9 near the 1600 block of Alcatraz Avenue.

    Hill, 76, was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes, BPD said. He stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 220 pounds.

    Frank Hill, also known as “Terry Diamond,” was last seen on Monday, Sept. 9 (Berkeley Police Department).

    The Nixle alert was posted by BPD at 12:50 a.m. on Tuesday.

    BPD says anyone with information is asked to contact the department at 510-981-5911 or call 911.
