Silver alert issued for man, 83, last seen in Foster City

( KRON ) — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man last seen in Foster City, California Highway Patrol announced Sunday . Barney Rangle, 83, was last seen Saturday, Sept. 14 around 10:30 a.m. at an unspecified location.

Rangle is described to be 5-foot-10 and weighs 184 pounds with gray eyes and gray hair, CHP said. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black jeans and black shoes.

Rangle is believed to be on foot, according to CHP. The Silver Alert was posted on X at 4:48 p.m. on Sunday.

Authorities say if anyone sees Rangle to call 911.
