    Misssing SF man, 83, last seen over the weekend

    SAN FRANCISCO ( KRON ) — The San Francisco Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing at-risk person. Thomas Smith, 83, was last seen last Saturday, Sept. 21 on the 1400 block of 18th Avenue.

    Smith is described to be a white man who stands 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds, according to SFPD. He has gray hair and green eyes. He frequently takes the Muni N-Judah train, police said.

    Smith is considered at-risk due to his diagnosis of dementia. SFPD says anyone who locates Smith is asked to call 911. The department added if anyone has information on where he may be is asked to call 415-575-4444 or text a tip to TIP411 and begin the message with “SFPD.”
