    I-580 traffic: Rollover crash closes westbound lanes in Oakland

    (KRON) — Two westbound lanes are blocked on Interstate 580 in Oakland due to a rollover crash, according to California Highway Patrol.

    The crash happened east of Lakeshore Avenue at about 5:34 p.m. One vehicle was involved, which turned over onto its roof.

    One person has major injuries. CHP is investigating the crash as DUI.

    All lanes are expected to be open by 7:30 p.m. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes.
