(KRON) — A Los Gatos man who offered massage services inside his San Jose business is now facing sexual assault accusations, police said.

Phillip Silva, 42, was arrested last week and booked into a Santa Clara County jail, the San Jose Police Department said.

An alleged victim reported being sexually assaulted by Silva on June 10 at a business on Lincoln Avenue. “The suspect offered massage services within a separated office space of a business. Upon arrival, officers determined the survivor was sexually assaulted by the suspect during a massage session at the suspect’s place of business,” Officer Tanya Hernandez wrote.

SJPD did not release the San Jose business’ name.

SJPD Sexual Assault Investigations Unit detectives launched an investigation into Silva and arrested him on September 26.

Silva’s arraignment is slated for October 28 in the Santa Clara County Hall of Justice. He has not entered a plea, court records show.

More BS...Just a setup..Accusations by corporate or medical....As if no one has ever been sexually assaulted by doctors and never reported...
