Los Alamos County listed in recent healthiest communities report

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The U.S. News and World Report released its 2024 rankings of the healthiest communities in America and a New Mexico community was featured on the list. Los Alamos County was ranked number two overall on the list of healthiest communities.

The report ranked the communities on 92 metrics in ten categories including economy, education, population health, housing, food and nutrition, community vitality and more. To view the full report and rankings click here.
