    Law enforcement asks public for help identifying stolen vehicle suspect

    ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Law enforcement is asking the public for help finding a woman accused of crashing a vehicle, attempting to carjack two vehicles and forcing entry into a home and taking their vehicle.

    According to Albuquerque Metro Crime Stoppers, on August 29, 2024 a woman crashed a vehicle near Mountain and 6th and fled the scene on foot. They say the woman then attempted to carjack two other vehicles before forcing entry into a home, brandishing a knife and forcing the homeowners go give her the keys to their vehicle.

    The woman was last scene in a stolen silver Kia Soul with a New Mexico license plate PZA006. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at (505) 843-7867 or at p3tips.com/531 .
