New Mexico cabinet secretaries hosting resources event in Ruidoso

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – Residents in Ruidoso and surrounding areas will have a chance to attend the Cabinet in Your Community event on Saturday, September 21. The event includes a State Services Expo from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. and a community town hall from 1 – 4 p.m.

The State Services Expo will offer residents resources and enrollment opportunities for programs including Medicaid, child care services, food and cash assistance, unemployment benefits, technical education, job search assistance and more.

Cabinet Secretaries from different departments will be on hand for the community town hall. Residents will have a chance to speak with officials and discuss how state government can better serve the community. For more information, click here.
