ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A former Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Deputy pled guilty on Tuesday to obstruction of justice for tipping off an informant that they were under federal investigation. Kyle Linker resigned from the department in 2022 after being placed on leave in 2021 when the Drug Enforcement Agency discovered he obstructed their investigation.
