Cibola National Forest waiving most fees on Saturday

NEW MEXICO (KRQE) – The U.S. Forest Service is encouraging everyone to get outside this weekend. The Cibola National Forest will waive most day-use fees on Saturday to commemorate National Public Lands Day.

For those planning on going out, the forest service encourages people to plan accordingly, dispose of their waste properly, and respect wildlife and other visitors. For those who can’t make it out this weekend, the Forest Service will waive fees on Veterans Day.
